Thanks Philippe, I've taken a look at the phantom-links page as you
suggest and I've added the following into my css:
#navbar ul>li { display: inline-block; width: 130px; padding: 0; } /*
values for IE Mac */
However, it doesn't seem to have done the job -
http://www.freelancealot.co.uk/test/blacklines2.jpg - it just seems to
have shifted the black lines over further to the right. Do you have any
ideas on where I might have gone wrong? I feel like I'm almost there.
