It looks fine in Firefox, but it messes up in Internet Explorer. The top banner outline is in the wrong place. It was built using Dreamweaver, and the code checker can't find anything wrong. If anyone has any ideas on why this is happening or how I can fix it, I would really appreciate it. I am pretty new to css and after 2 hours of messing with it, I have nearly given up. Y'all are my last hope before I scrap the round corners.
