This puts the footer at the end of the document flow, but if there is little
content on the page, it's still half way up the page. If I set the position
to fixed it becomes flush to the bottom of the window in a frame like
fashion, which is not what I'm trying to achieve.
To be honest I'm not sure that CS can do this which is a real shame as it's
very easy to do using tables.
