[css-d] Box model hack and Netscape 4.7

Hi there,

I've just done a css layout and have used the "box model hack" to get round
IE's bad implementation of the box model.

I've just tested it on Netscape 4.7 and the hack appears to break the page
(i.e. The page works fine without the hack). Do you know if there is any way
to fix this problem and do you know which versions of Netscape it affects?
