Background rendering error

Sent by Kevin Breit on 9 March 2005 02:02

A friend is asking for help with a web site rendering error. This works
fine in IE, but not in Firefox. If you look at
http://www.zurichdesigns.com/vine/home.htm you'll see that a lot of the
text doesn't have a background. The content and header are surrounded
by a wrapper class that specifies:

..wrapper {
width: 750px;
background-color: #FFFFFF;
color: #000;
text-align: left;
border: 5px solid #FFF;
margin: 0 auto;
}

This should, in theory, be the background for the entire content (and
left nav). However, it isn't following the content to the bottom. For
an example of what it should look like, see it in IE. This bug only
happens in Firefox (maybe Opera, untested though).

Thanks,
Kevin
