Hello,
I'm trying to duplicate a technique which is super easy in tables using CSS.
First, I do know how to use CSS border-position-width-style-color to create
solid color borders including how to use two or more colors.
What I want to do is this: I want to create a (zero margins) body border
with a drop shadow on the inside of the border. The center area must have a
liquid width. and the graphic border's height must adjust for amount of
center content.
I have looked at what glish.com calls the "holy grail"
(http://glish.com/css/7.asp) but the problem is that #leftcontent and
#rightcontent both have heights which are independent of #centercontent and
the technique does not allow for a footer.
The table technique uses a 3 * 3 table to create this effect with all but
the middle <td> being used to create the border.
James
