no custom list bullet in IE 6 Win

I certainly think so--by using the background trick
(and moving the text to the right by using relative
positioning), you can get the appearance of an outside
bullet without having the bullets hidden under a left
float and by tweaking the text vertically you can get
a reasonable compromise to line the bullet up with the
first line of each list item.
