Pure CSS Flyout demo [tolerance zone]

It will? Sounds like IE alright, so a 1px transparent .gif it is.
Thanks Al. Saved us from having to edit tutorials after the 
complaints start rolling in!

I tried out that idea of coloring the paddings, and these
are the best I could manage with the current design:

I'm not exactly thrilled by the look, but in some cases such
coloring might be beneficial. Anyway, the method is "effective",
if anyone wants to use it that is.
