Yep :) Mozilla and IE accomplish the same effect (a horizontal gap to the left
of a UL) in two different ways (margins and padding). When dealing with any
element like this where padding or margins are applied by default (lists,
blockquotes, even headings and paragraphs), I find it's always easiest to set
padding and margin to 0px before I start, just so I have a clean slate before
my rules get too complex.
