hiding nav menu for printer

The short answer is to put the id in the html generated by the 
javascript, instead of on the script tag.  I noticed that the html 
could use some clean up.  It may not be your code, but there is a 
script before the opening doctype, and some html after the closing 
</html> tag.  This can only lead to weeping and gnashing of teeth :)
