Help with counter commands

As far as I know, Opera is the only browser to support counters.
Support should appear in the next version of Konqueror
<http://developer.kde.org/development-versions/kde-3.4-features.html>,
so its likely that Safari will have it before too much longer too.

Last time I checked Gecko-based browsers did not support counters, and
IE certainly doesn't.
