While looking for something else, I stumbled across this fixed horizontal bar last night: http://devnull.tagsoup.com/fixed/horizontal.html I'm thinking of using it on the page of a friend. However, I'm not sure how well it is supported by Mac and other than PC IE6, FF 1 and Netscape 7.2. Has anyone implemented it? Is there an overarching reason to avoid it and similar frames emulation?
