Hi all;
I am having problems with a horizontal menu in IE6 on win2k. I have a logo
placed in the top left hand corner. I want the horizontal menu to be located
along side this, but flush to the top. So i placed a negative margin on the
ul. I am using floats to get the menu to display horizontally. It looks as
it should in Firefox, Mozilla,. and Netscape. However, IE6 seems to be
ignoring the clear: both command i have for the following h1. Furthermore,
if i resize the text in IE6 the menu items get pushed down to a new line but
instead of dropping imediately below, the next line appears below the flush
to the bottom of the logo. I realize i am going to have to feed IE different
values, but am not sure what they are. The HTML and CSS have been validated.
Could someone help me figure out what IE is doing please. Thanks in advance.
