I just uploaded a new site.

I think it looks pretty good so far. There are two issues that I am struggling with.
1. The topnav has a height issue that I have fairly successfully fixed with the star hack. IE wants
to make the padding larger than desired.
2. I can't get the footer to always sit at the bottom of the screen. I'm using one of the techniques
in the wiki. The footer sometimes sits a bit too high and then repositions correctly if the page is
reloaded. In Safari with a typical huge mac screen and miniscule resolution, the footer is no where
near the bottom of the screen. Granted, this is not our targeted audience, but I want that footer
to just go to the bottom and make my faux columns look perfect.
