It's true that one used PC is cheaper than one copy of Virtual PC. I
get two good uses from Virtual PC. First, I don't have to leave the
Powerbook. I can test something in Windows at home, a coffee shop, or
a client location.
Second, keeping multiple versions of browsers (particularly IE)
playing nicely on the same OS is non-trivial. I have three virtual
PCs setup and avoid the conflicts.
