Is this possible with an <ul>?

Usually, browser renders unstyled (X)HTML acording to the meaning of
the tags inside that (X)HTML. In example, <h1> tags, they are big and
bold. <ul> has a left margin, and bullets.... But I still think the
best, and first thing to do is to think about the meaning of the tags,
and let the browser render the unstyled content consecuently. But, as
always, this is a personal choice ;)
