I got some cross-browser issues when setting a background to <fieldset>
& <legend>. When applying a background: #333 to a <filedset> the
background renders differently in the current versions of IE and
Safari. IE makes the background appear outside of it's 'box' while
Safari keeps it inside the 'box'. Can anyone tell me a way to cause IE
to keep the background inside the box as rendered in Safari?
