Simply put: No.
Add Generic Font Names as the last option in your list, and you'll have
at least a display that looks almost like yours.
You cannot "force" visitors to do anything, this is not what the web is
about.
CSS2 has an option to embed a font, but AFAIR no browser supports it:

There were some solutions in the past for IE only and Communicator only,
but they went the way of the Dodo, too.
If you want full typographical control, use Flash or images.
