What is this list nav bug in Firefox?

body -- font-size:  issue.

After reading another list reply regarding a rounding error, for fun I
put font-sizing back in as 0.9em; and the missing line moves over one
set.  Then I changed it over to 0.91em; and it reappeared. Maybe 91%
will eliminate the bug also? [a change to 91%  fixes the issue also.]
