Graham,
#inset { padding: 2px; }
#inset h1 { margin: 0px; padding: 0px; width: 168px; }
#inset p { width: 168px; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; }
That will solve it, you will just have to play with margin/paddings/font
sizes to have it look how you want.
