Problem in table

Correcting my previous post, it work under IE but not under Firefox.

As a firefox user I can't be satisfied with a "working only on IE" layout

Besides the problem about space under the image, I've got another problem,
under Firefox, the table takes 100% of the available space as I wish, but
under IE it takes more than 100% (there's a vertical scroll bar) probably due
to the fact that I use height 100% in the first TD of the second TR but it
shouldn't
