You can find some code samples in the head of a test page I've posted.[1] My
samples are based on what you've shown us, an img of a globe and some text
on it's right.
There are two samples on this page. One brings the image in using the img
tag. The image is floated left letting the text flow around it. The second
brings it in as a background- image with the paragraph given enough margin
to clear the image.
Adjusting height, width, margins and padding will provide the look you need
for your design.
