just to clear up the confusion the "EI7" referred to is the name of a  
javascript that fixes ie5 and upwards bugs in the css standards.
 
The link to the script was in the post , I have added xtra  >>>> signs to 
highlight it.
 
The script has nothing to do with microsoft read the authors disclaimer
