[css-d] Newbie Question

I have a footer which I'd like to float at the bottom of a page I'm
developing entirely in CSS (no tables -- first time!)  The thing is, I want
the page to be able to expand...  No matter how long the content is
vertically, that section will expand and fill the page, and wherever that
content ends, I would then like the footer to be anchored to the bottom of
the page, with nothing below it.

How can I accomplish this?
