MSU LCT CSS Left Column

Your voice family hack is hiding the width value from WinIE5.x.  With no 
width declared, it's free to grow as large as it wants.  Move the width 
above all the voice family junk.  You should also change it to 190px for 
IE5's benefit.  Keep the 180px width in the child selector rule right 
below that.

On an unrelated note, I would also recommend getting rid of the line 
breaks in those list items and letting them break at whatever spot is 
natural.
