Complicated Quadruple-Nested <ul> List Site Map. How'd I'd do?

I am curious to know how this looks to those of you css experts out =
there. I
am a beginner to go easy on me ok. I did a site map for a cooking school
site in Tuscany and in the process, wanted to have extended links for =
search
engine and indexing purposes. I nested quite a few lists and am very =
happy
it validates. BUT, I am curious to know if it could have been done =
"better",
not differently, but better.  Here is the link:
