Well, maybe, but... I have NS7 and IE6, and in NS the align is to the
right but in IE it is to the left. IE5 vs. IE6??

In this case, the line is as long as the tect in NS, but full length in IE.
Also, the line above the 'comments' is only as long as the word in NS
but full width in IE.
