This is happening because you have the following text in your right
column (it's black so you can't see it, but it's there):

Browsers can't break or wrap those URLs. In the case of too-big content
like this, standard compliant browsers just let it overflow. This is
why you have a large horizontal scroll in FF and Opera. IE, on the
other hand, expands the column to hold this content, which means the
column is now too large to sit beside the other columns. Remove that
text if you can and see if it pops back up.
