Max width for 800*600 FF

I generally design (if fixed width) for 760px wide as it's what I've 
seen in most standards, this is mainly incase the end user is on a 
800x600 resolution with visual accessibility tweaks going on (like huge 
scroll-bars and buttons that Windows can do).
