testing for NS4 compat

Enter "javascript:" into NN4's address bar to see the JS console (NN4
depends completely on JS for CSS).  It appears perfectly valid comment end
tokens are causing "syntax errors"...this is probably why your CSS isn't
showing up.  As to why?  A total mystery, but, just for kicks, you could
try removing all comments.

I've found trying to reason with this browser is futile; even if you spend
endless hours building a "NN4 compatible" CSS design from the ground up,
the minute the client makes a content change NN4 will see something it
doesn't like and just drop dead.  Such a waste of time.
