testing for NS4 compat

The text now resizes very well in both Safari and Firefox. (I don't have
NN4, sorry). 

I don't have a complete understanding of Xeroderma Pigmentosum, but I think
mouse movement might be difficult for some of your users. For that reason
(and for validation as accessible) you need to include a label on your
search form.

I use Freefind for searching on a site and have modified the Freefind HTML
