, I removed the header and simply put header contents at the top of the
respective content columns, thus reducing the immediate impact of
resizing text. Still, with fixed width, resizing is a problem when taken
beyond the equivalent of "largest" in IE. I may have to rethink my
adherence to fixed column widths.
As for my other problem, not being able to get NN4.7 to "see" CSS, I
simplified to the point I'm convinced the problem is with the server.
Perhaps mime type setting for CSS??
