No one here is going to go over to your shop and insist that 
you use css at any stage of your development.

I think the other "designers" here are interested in 
provided good-looking, accessible, x-platform, usable sites 
and also have an eye toward the future of web-development 
including the use of non-browser based platforms and more. 
And that this future involves using CSS. And they desire to 
get develop an understanding and mastery of same.

You appear to not share this outlook. Perhaps this is wrong 
forum for you.
