Although I can't help you with your Safari problem, I wanted to report a
problem in FF 0.9.3 (yes, still haven't upgraded, keep forgetting) on
the PC. When I first load the page, your main content appears to be in
the right spot -- about 20 pixels below the tan subnav. When I hover
over the first link, however, it jumps up to about 50 pixels from the
top of the page. Rolling over Showcase moves it back down, then over
Where We Build moves it down more, Contact Us more, and Main more, at
which point it is about 300 pixels below the subnav. Then, if I roll
over the first link again, it jumps back up, but the subnav jumps down
about 150 pixels. Rolling over the subsequent links moves it back up as
the main content moves down again. What a rollercoaster!

There's no reason to have each subnav be a div and then stick a table in
it. Why not just a stick a list in each subnav div? It's more semantic
and accessible. Apparently Listamatic is down right now, or I'd send
you there...
