Another problem is the lack of keyboard support and no "you are here"
state. Multi level dropdowns look sexy and are cool web design efforts, if
they are really usable/accessible is another issue. Furthermore, if there
is a _need_ for a 3 level menu, then it might be a good idea to take a
look at the information architecture again.
