still arguing with background images {Scanned}

Hi Bob

Thanks for the reply.  Issue is that the images (in particular on Mac 
IE), and on Moz and Safari (latest versions) at resolutions 1024 & up, 
the bottom background images are not at the bottom of the screen.  They 
should be at the bottom right and left corners, but, they only are at 
the bottom of the div that holds everything else.

So, if there is very little content on one of these pages, the bottom 
background images do not sit at the bottom of the screen; they only come 
as far down as the content.
