IE/win's annoying list gaps again

It seems that IE/win insists in giving a sort of 'minimum height' (related
to the font-size) to some elements.  If you add a small font-size and
line-height to your <li>s (like line-height: 1px; font-size: 1px;), the
problem seems to disappear.
