If I understand you correctly you want to have a single row of a table
visually displayed as two rows - the whole row wraps to a second line, not
just information in each cell.
Some months after I tried (and failed) to do something similar, I found this

Unfortunately this method (as it stands) doesn't work in IE6. If anyone has
gotten something similar to work in IE6 I am still very curious.
