Is it possible to use a hover pseudo class to change the "background-image"
or "background-color" of another ID/Class?
I'm building a hybrid website that still relies on tables for some layout,
but the hover for my top link looks funny because it doesn't have the same
"padding-top" settings as the links that follow it. If I could change the
background of the table cell above my top link it would look much better.
Any help is appreciated! Let me know if I need to clarify further.
