First step for me is the actual layout of the site and components in something like Photoshop.
Once I have that layout I start building the individual DIV sections like the horz nav or the
Masthead. Once I have each piece styled and working I build the page using the building blocks I
created individually. There is some slight changes needed but not usually anything major.
