I would say IE5.2, Safari and FF. liorean implied that people on
higher versions of OSX wouldn't be using IE5, but as that was the
original default browser, it's still there when you upgrade, and many
users stick with it (it's nice, despite it's out of date css
rendering). And you only have to look at the screen-shots commercial
print illustrators use for web screen-shots on computers to see that
one section of mac users is still on IE5. The graphic design people
where I work haven't heard of Safari, even though they automatically
upgrade all their software.

PS Forget about iCab. It is still "Pre", and you can't be expected to
support something that is not finished. Very little css support. Sad,
because it's the only browser that complies with HTML 4.01 for
display of frame spacing. The much vaunted FF does not.
