O.6 em ? that is really, I mean, really small. On my system (OS_X,
Mozilla 0.99) that would translate as something close to 7px.
Unreadable. And yes, Opera tends to display text smaller than IE
and Netscape 6. But this all depends on the users settings. 0.9 em
is the smallest size I would go for readable text.

Not that I know of. If there was such a magic trick, I would be
happy to be happy to use it.
