Looks like a floating issue. In IE 5 and Safari, the gray "subcontent" div appears correctly, aligned with the top of the "navcontainer" div, BUT if I shrink the browser window, the gray "subcontent" div falls below again, as floats are supposed to. If this isn't how you want it to behave you might want to reconsider your floats?
