Just a quick look - the problem is the right column, three parts, and if the text is made very large, then blokcs 1 and 2 are truncated. Why not give these blocks a size in ems, or if they can't be given a size then use right floats and clear right for each block? This may not be good thinking on my part, just immediate reaction, but pixel placing and absolute positioning seems to me to be absolutely crying for failure in the case of the user resizing test.
