Nope. In this case, the paragraph within has 100% width. So the float,
if it has enough text in it, will display at 100%, even though it is
still shrinkwrapping. You can see this effect by creating a float and
just placing one word in it. The float will only be as wide as that
word. Add another word, and the float expands to hold both words.

This is always the best idea regardless. If you can add a width to a
float, it's almost always best to do so, just to assure the widest
compatibility.
