You mean, gzipped content between style tags? dunno. But full
stylesheets, externally delivered as .css files, are handled by the
browser and HTTP protocols and shouldn't have anything to do with CSS
specs. I'm delivering plenty of gzipped html, css, and js files right
now. No problems.
