Just for the others: I can confirm this (using 'Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U;
Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20030925' on Pentium IV, 2GHz,
512MB). It takes about 30s to scroll down (1) completely with scrollbar
button, but only about 13s for (2).

I did not find something very obvious in your stylesheet. Sorry, no
