Hey all,
I'm working on a page layout that seems to be giving me some problems.
I've run into a bit of a snag with the way the page code is
structured.
Everything on the page is contained within a wrapper div (including
the header). The problem I'm having is trying to set a fixed width on
the wrapper, but allow the containing header to span the width of the
page (ie: 100%).
I've tried setting an absolute position on the header div, and using
top/left to place it... In Firefox and Safari the page looks great,
but IE (I've only tested it on Windows so far) causes the page to look
like a tornado hit it.
I'm not sure how I can go about achieving the layout in IE. Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot!
