Validating a page of mine, I noticed that "scrollbar-base-color" is not a
valid value.
Is this part of the CSS-spec (any of them?) or is this an IE-only tag?
I like my coloured scrollbar but not enough to have my page not
validate. Is there a (valid) way to color scrollbars with the current specs?
I checked with w3.org and there doesn't seem to be a way, but I do see an
awful lot of colored scrollbars out there...
