You can download old versions of Netscape from
http://browsers.evolt.org/ and test your site yourself.
In NN4.8, your logo and nav bar are completely gone. I'm guessing NN
doesn't like the a#logo:link selectors you have. I would consider
rebuilding your nav bar as a list with floated <li>s rather than
positioning each link absolutely. I would also use real text on the
buttons and just use borders and background images to create the rest of
the buttons. See Listamatic for a variety of list styling techniques:

Some of these lists will not work in NN, but I'm sure you can find a way
to feed NN some simple styling that will work.
